If a mother is responsible for bringing life on this earth, the father of course is a facilitator. Mother nature has defined the role of the father as holistic support for a baby. Good news increases the heartbeat and amplifies all feelings. The Enigma of attaining fatherhood conceives the state of mind with an intense feeling of providing the everlasting facility. With all these overwhelming intuitive feelings, the father starts preparing himself for the day when a baby will incarnate in this world. Contrary to rumor, often misunderstood and misjudged perhaps because of his Goliath body, a father has a heart filled with love and compassion.
The Father-Child relationship is very
fascinating. Even though they are not connected with an umbilical cord, their
relationship outgrows and becomes stronger. With each passing trimester,
emotional attachment increases, which further enhance the instinct of a father
to become an excellent facilitator. Priorities are redefined and the world
narrows down to provide extraordinary support. On the other hand, a baby starts responding to the voice of the father
from the mother’s womb, as if fondly saying “thank you” for everything. This special connection substantiates the relationship.
Fatherhood is all about proper planning, thorough execution, and informed
decision to take a firm stand and understand the comprehensive outlook of a
peculiar situation.
The path of fatherhood is full of risk management, novice decisions and attending numerous emergencies during pregnancy. Certainly people are there to advice, but final consent is to be given by father. Anxiousness to take proper decision is haunted by unintended unfortunate event. Once careless, fun loving, reckless driver suddenly becomes so caring, generous and affectionate. This paradigm shift is the beginning of new chapter in men life and with this everlasting audacious behavior, men suddenly becomes more responsible. Indeed, man is the foundation of whole family and in no time takes the center stage to fulfill all his responsibilities with strong determination.
On D-Day mother's labor pain increases
uneasiness and nervousness occupy the mind, but seeing the baby for the first time is perhaps the most
magical moment for a father. This brings a tear of joy. It’s very difficult
to digest such an amazingly unbelievable small baby in a father's hand. It’s
like re-imagining himself in a time machine. Technically baby brings a sense of
pride, achievement, and dignity, but over and above that it gives an immense
sense of satisfaction. It’s incremental happiness that the father has gifted
himself. All these efforts to bring this tiny life on earth finally succeeds
with a happy note - proud to be a father.

Facilitator … I wish every father takes this word in “true sense” in the development of child’s growth. We should not be very possessive about kid’s behavior and inadvertently raising them in a very restricted environment which apparently spoils their childhood.
